Today we had a family funeral back in Baradine which gave us the opportunity to see where the January Fires had been. Amazing sights of burnt trees that have now starting to grow new leaves.
Sorry the trip was for such a sad occasion. The bush is amazing really - it really begins to 'bounce back' quickly.....though it will take quite some time to return to its former glory. Its the people who really amaze me though........so brave and resilient!
